YUM!

One of my good friends, Kellie, has started a recipe blog. Tonight I tried one of her recipes, the Chicken Enchilada Ring, and it was DELICIOUS. Even Jamie couldn't quit raving about how much he enjoyed it and Noah gobbled it up (which is rare). So I'd say this recipe gets 3 thumbs up from our family. Here's a link to it...
